Happy Thanksgiving you to you too. Say, did anyone else notice the subliminal references to the newest Bench Crafted product, the Turkey "Leg Vice" and the new knife sharpening services offered by Bickford.
I was told that it's time to "carve the turkey." Sheldon, my oldest son, disappeared for 3 minutes and returned with my V gouge, ready to carve.
People often choose to cut diagonally across the breast with it still attached, along the grain. I, like you, get the whole thing off and cut across the grain.
I did it earlier today.
